  1. The original Dawn of the Dead would be no contest but in this case I’m going to stump for 28 Days Later.

  2. I’m siding with McG this time. Although I like 28 Days Later, Dawn of the Dead is unadulterated fun and portrays the great fantasy of all zombie fighters: taking over a mall!

  3. Sorry Ross, but I have to side with Ross on this one!
    😛
28 Days Later… is far superior to DOTD. 28 Days Later… had real heart, real messages, and real scares. DOTD is an action movie that has zombies in it. I do like Snyder’s remake, to be sure, but 28 Days Later… is in a genre completely to itself. Just sayin’…

  4. Paragraph Film Reviews Says:

Tough call here guys but I’m with Dawn. Any film that has Ving Rhames walking about being all bad-ass with a shotgun automatically wins by default. Also, someone shoots a baby zombie in the face!

  5. 28 days later for me. this and shaun of the dead are my most favorite zombie movies ever

  6. Hi,
Really like your blog guys.
Maybe you like to take a look on the one where
I write some stuff for. We just started, so feel free
to visit, take a look around and leave a message.
It´s getting a new design & layout pretty soon too
and I write new entries nearly every day.
It centers around all different kind of movies, what
I regulary watch and like- with focus on independent
stuff.

    Keep it up
