RvReview: Reviews
Confusing subject title, eh? Since it’s the weekend, here’s a little treat for you never before seen on RvR… a rundown of Ross McG’s DVD reviews for the past two years. If you think he knows nothing about films (and you’re probably right), then tell him in the comments section.
We don’t really do reviews on Ross v Ross, bar the odd big release that we happen to catch on opening weekend or in a jammy preview (you know who you are, Ross McD). There are two reasons for this. The first is that we never intended the site to get too bogged down with reviews and the other is that Ross McG forces his reviews on enough people as it is. For the past two years he has been casting his eyes over the latest DVD releases for Metro.
So as a bit of fun for you here is a selection of those reviews. If you get the chance have a read at them and let us know what you think. We will keep a page on Ross McG’s Metro reviews on the right hand side of the home page that we will keep up to date with his latest verdicts every week from now on.

I would say McG’s love of film is comprable to to some men’s love for obese women… I don’t get either of them… THANK GOD he’s fucking hilarious. Keep it up, McG!!!
PS. Besides, why do I want to read a 1,000 reviews of people doting on a film. It’s nice when someone has a different opinion… even if it’s completely insane with regards to Fight Club! 🙂

Oh, reviews! How I love them.
I’m glad somebody’s reviewing Ben X…have you seen a trailer attached to it? It’s like, a really stylistic neo-noir film, maybe foreign, I can’t remember, lots of glasses of wine falling to the floor, etc. I saw a trailer like this attached to the Ben X one, and now I can’t remember the name of it. Maybe starts with a C?
